Pre-booked meetingS were forgotten. Twice. Once it was mentioned, all was denied but I showed that the meeting was written by the toyota employees. No apologies were given. Only reason I have stayed with ancaster toyota is because the cars are strong. The employees have been terribly unprofessional

As usual the service department is always friendly and courteous. Our vehicle is done when they say it will be and without the sticker shock I used to get with my last vehicle.

As mentioned above, we were given the opportunity to trade in our '14 Rav 4 for the newer 2016 model. Our salesman, Andrew McInerney, explained the transaction thoroughly, answered all our questions in detail, and generally made the whole experience worthwhile.
