Good until I complained about the projection lights on my Corolla. I find the lights a safety concerns at night but I was told, "that is the way they are and I would get used to them" There has been no follow up. I would not have bought the car had I known about the lights.

work was done well in the end, but difficult to schedule initially, and after a follow up call from Toyata to me, I raised some concerns but there was no "follow up" to that follow up ... very concerning. (?)

DEBBIE, OUR SALESPERSON, WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY INFORMED. SHE TOOK THE TIME "WE" NEEDED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE. THE BUSINESS SIDE WAS NON THREATENING AND FRIENDLY YET MAKING US AWARE OF PROGRAMS WITHOUT FRIGHTFUL SITUATIONS BEING DESCRIBED

when i had my oil change.. i was expecting not to wait for more than an hour since i have a booked appointment but i have to wait for three hours and yet when they came back they told me it is just a routine check for your car.. this is not the first time ..this is the second time but this is worst..maybe because i had afree oil change that includes with the package when i purchased the venza toyota.hhmm i dont know. good thing i gave you a three star not 0 star ..bboooooo
