the service department continues to be great. I went to see Debbie Askew around the possibility of Changing my lease earlier. Debbie worked with me to see what could be possible and was able to meet my needs in her expert manner. I left with an amazing option that I love driving every day!

Vey good service ,a nice welcome , and a through review of services needed by a female service rep. The only disappointment , not able to store my winter tires as u were completely filled up at the time of my service .

We took advantage of a sale advertised in the Spectatator. I called and Andrew McInerny accommodated without any hesitation the best time and date for us. As soon as we walked into the dealership the welcome was very nice. We were offered to make ourselves comfortable in the lounge and invited to help ourselves with any of the refreshments..Andrew our sales rep focussed on our needs and guided us towards our choice explaining the function, practicality, safetyness and reliability for choosing Toyota. Since, we did go to other companies and in all fairness compared "apples to apples" ,hence, the product had to beat some competition. When we saw the vehicle he pulled up with and through some negotiation with management we were ready to purchase my mom's new Corola S.

Staff greeted me in friendly manner, offered coffee and Tv to watch during wait. Able to walk around the showroom without being harassed by sales people. Vehicle comes back clean and workmanship is very good.

The Ancaster Toyota service department has always come through for me over the many years of going back to them which began with a lease. From my salesman, Tony to Heather in service who heard me complain about my vehicle's issues...I have driven away a very happy Toyota owner....yes I decided to buy my vehicle to keep my allegiance Toyota. Had to go to another dealership recently because of my schedule issue. But as Arnold Schwarzenegger has said "I'll be back". Don't change what ain't broke. Thanks Ancaster!!
