Not even worth describing. Especially since I have voiced my dissatisfaction twice now and was told the Mgr of the Ancaster location would be calling me. Yeah right, almost every months later and no phone call. I have gone out of my way to put on all social media every detail of the horrible experience and that toyota has done NOTHING to rectify it.
