We recently bought a Toyota Highlander from Ancaster Toyota. From our initial greeting to finalizing the deal we experienced exceptional customer service. Marie listened to our needs and found us the right vehicle for our budget. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the rest of the staff at Ancaster Toyota.

I received a phone call from Jim Davidson regarding a new lease return program a year before my lease was due. He was super informative and knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions and I ended up re-leasing a new Rav4 and I love it!

Our experience at Ancaster Toyota was great. We were treated respectfully and given the time to ask the questions we needed to ask. Our salesperson e planned all elements of the car to us, as well as the CAA program and the maintenance schedule.

We purchased a Prius C from Marie in November of 2015. Marie had to get the colour we liked from another dealer and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Even after the sale we had to come back for clarification on setting the gauges for fuel fill-up and she came out and showed us very carefully so that we would understand for future reference. She is a very confident and intelligent and experienced salesperson. We would definitely buy from her again the next time we need another vehicle. Kathy Faulknor
