I went to Ancaster Toyota to purchase a Rav4 and Andrew helped me with that. However, I reconsidered my decision and decided to buy a Venza instead. Andrew was understanding and helped me pick the right one. I know I made the right decision and I'm grateful that Andrew was patient and understanding throughout the process! I love my Venza!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ancaster Toyota. I have been a customer in the past but is has been a few years. One of the reasons I chose to buy this particular vehicle was the excellent past experiences dealing with the service department and of course to overall quality of the Toyota brand.

Marie Swenor cares about her customers and follows through. I found this out the first time I dealt with her. She told me she would find the car for me and call me the next day and she did just that. Since then she has lined up a car for my daughter that met her needs, put my wife into a more reliable and better car and finally upgraded my vehicle to a car that I am very happy with. Marie follows up with us and makes sure that our happiness goes beyond just selling us the car. The Ancaster Toyota staff are also attentive and carry that same excellence when dealing with us. From the simplest of things scheduling an oil change to the aforementioned car upgrades get the same level of detail. I am very happy with this dealership.

I bought a used Rav 4 several years ago and when I wanted a new one I went to Jim. He is great, knowledgeable and not high pressure. I would and have reccomended him.
