I need to be clear that I have always had great service from that dept and this was no exception - the dept is pleasant to deal with and seems to be efficient. It would have been at least a 4 rating. However, the sales appt arranged to coincide with the service time was the worst I have ever experienced and I will not work with this individual. Although we had talked previously, there was no apparent preparation or answers to questions or interest in doing business. I was left wondering why anyone would do business with Anc. Toyota and in 3 leases, I have never had this experience, quite the opposite.
