Great, fun, and most of all - no pressure!

Whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle I start with consumer reports and make a list of the top rated vehicles in my price range. I then visit the various dealerships to test drive those vehicles. My experience at other dealerships is one of pressure and to try to get you to sign and not leave. Toyota was the opposite, and Debbie a good listener and paid attention to what was important to me in features and price. I'm happy with my Rav4 and the overall professional experience at Ancaster Toyota!! :)

I was very pleased dealing with Roxanna. I found her to be very friendly, straightforward and helpful. Although I went to the dealership with little intent to purchase on that day, she worked her magic, found me a deal on a demo and made it happen. You are always treated as if your vehicle is the only one being serviced. You are given periodic updates on what is taking place with your vehicle or if problems have occurred. You then, are given choices and solutions so that problem solving can take place. They will tell you if something can wait a few months to be repaired and what needs to be done immediately. I always enjoy leaving with my car washed looking shiny and new!!

Sabrina and her fellow staff members were always extremely helpful and well able to answer any questions. Out of all our new car experiences this was the best! They were very patient with us as we delayed our purchase until the weather changed.

Marie was extremely knowledgeable in the Rav4 Hybrid and took the time to explain many of the advanced features. Negotiations were only on my trade -in value and Marie in my opinion did her best to meet my expectations. Her attention to customer service was excellent. The car manual was sticker tagged to highlight significant information.
