We had an excellent experience with Marie's service. She was always willing to go the distance to ensure the vehicle and pricing was exactly what we wanted. We felt very comfortable dealing with her and appreciated and down to earth and personal approach.

Our experiences have been great and would go back again. taken care of immediately, offered different payment options and types of purchase options. Service is also great, we take all our vehicles there now. Debbie is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles.

We have recently sent in an update on our experience on the service we received at Ancaster Toyota. We have no plans on changing our service location as we have been treated very fairly at Ancaster Toyota. Mark is one of the reasons we continue to stay as we feel that he really cares and always takes the time to explain or answer questions we may have. Smart, personal service

There are some great advisors at Ancaster Toyota. I am always pleased when I get to deal with them. However, one stands out in my experience. HP goes above and beyond. She is not only smart and personable, she knows cars and how to make a service based business thrive. If it wasn't for HP I wouldn't have purchased my vehicle at AT and I certainly would not drive 50km to have it serviced there. Great people working to be the best. And good free coffee too. Lol. Thank you.

We were visiting family in the area with the intentions of looking for another vehicle. My husband made an appointment with Jim and from the moment we entered the dealership we were greeted with friendly people and excellent service. We had other appointments to keep but we came back the next day to purchase our Toyota from Jim because of the great service we received. My aunt and uncle were with us and they said that if they were ever looking for another vehicle that they would use Jim's services. We are very happy with our choice, thank you Jim.
