Experience was less than ok

The vehicle was in for an oil change and it was discovered that work was required on the brakes. The car was in for about 3.5 hours and I was charged 4 hours for labour. When I questioned this the response was that the charge was due to the nature of the work. I will probably book the next service elsewhere. Thanks....Hank Vipari

Took Rav4 in for a warranty recall. Was met with a friendly staff member, spent about 30 minutes at the dealership. Car went through the car wash before being handed back to me.
