I have always found the people working in the service department to be most helpful.

Recently, Heather went out of her way to make sure i was pleased with a small repair done on my car. When she sensed that I was not completely happy with the outcome, without hesitation she suggested it be done again with no added expense to me. In fact the next time I had my car serviced, there was a reduction in the amount I had to pay,just to show her goodwill. That's what I call pleasing the customer.

We were very please with the sales service for the purchase of our new vehicle in August of 2015. The sales rep was very helpful and the finance person was the best. We are very pleased with all aspects of our new vehicle.

Roxanna was always attentive but did not pressurize us too much. We did take a few months to make up our mind and she did send reminders now and then to keep us updated on what was in stock. Very friendly and supportive.

I have owned 5 Toyotas in my life. The cars and company are fantastic. I don't think I will ever buy anything but Toyota. Ancaster Toyota is great for getting me in for my service appointments. They always go above and beyond.

Complete sales team who helped in sales process from vehicle sales to the sales manager to finance team to accessories team were excellent. Very patient and handled all aspects of the process professionally and have been great after the sale has been complete. Quick to respond to emails and texts. If you have never used them in the past you should give them a chance we certainly have not been disappointed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota
