First the sales person was relentless about me leaving her a top rating. This should me my decision alone without pressure. Next the person who I was handed off to refused to hear me when I said " I will pay cash -- I do not want or need a loan" I wanted to come back the next day with a cashier's check for the full amount. It was too late in the day so I was brow beaten until I agreed to fill out the loan papers which had to be cancelled the next day when I came in with the cashier's check. I will never buy another car from Ancaster Toyota. I love the Toyota Brand but will go elsewhere to buy my next car. If another dealer behaves this way I will walk out next time and switch brands.

She is very nice and really helpful. She is being extremely patient with us( we took our young kids with us on that day, so definitely lots of noises). Would recommend her to our friends. Thanks for your excellent service Roxanna.

Andrew show us the various colours the Venza comes in. He also went through the features the Venza has and how they work! ie Bluetooth, sunroof,etc.....
