Marie Swenor is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the options available on the vehicle as well as financing options. Marie answered all of our questions thoroughly. She had a vehicle ready for us to test drive and provided further information during the test drive. The full experience at Ancaster Toyota was clearly explained to us and very timely. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Marie spent time with us when picking up the vehicle and explained all of the details of the vehicle as well as offering to assist us in the future if we had more questions. We would highly recommend Marie Swenor to our family and friends. We plan to purchase our next vehicle from Marie in the future!

Marie was very detailed in her review of the Toyota Tacoma with me when I first inquired about it and upon completion of the purchase. She was accommodating in meeting my availability for appointments and delivery. She was not aggressive in her follow-up after my first visit but did contact me to inform me of incentive changes that had been announced by Toyota which did impact my decision to purchase. She was very professional but also had a manner that made the purchase experience more personal and left me feeling that the dealership and the team at Ancaster Toyota where very much a part of the transaction as well. My after purchase vehicle and customer service for both vehicles purchased through Marie, a Toyota Highlander and the Toyota Tacoma has been excellent. Sincerely.......Patty Hoogendoorn
