We were very pleasantly greeted by Marie right at the front door, which set the tone for the whole visit. We knew what we were looking for and she helped us with the purchase every step of the way. An overall, great esperience.

From the initial inspection of vehicles on the lot to the talks with the salesman. Everything went smoothly. We test drove several cars and found the experience was quite acceptable. Dealing with the sales rep was a great experience and he dealt with us fairly. The financial rep explained everything quite well and answered all the questions that we asked. When we received our new Rav4 Everything was as it should be. So far everything is going well.

The whole process was great. Sales lady was amazing and very nice. About a week after buying the car, the drivers front tire was loose! It must not have been tighten. Called and never received a call back from Ancaster Toyota. Other than that, the car has been fine.

Very knowledgeable about Toyota products. Had our test vehicles ready for us when we got there at our appointed time. The whole purchasing process was the best we have ever had buying a new car.
