Jim was helpful and prompt in his responses and return phone calls. Overall, my disappointment in my experience at Ancaster Toyota comes from two commitments that were made to me when we finalized the deal on our vehicle. These two commitments were not kept and this was frustrating and disappointing for me. We had agreed on a deal as two parties and the one side, Ancaster Toyota, did not keep its bargain.
