What buying a car should be like!

Our recent car purchase at Ancaster Toyota was nothing short of perfect! Our sales associate was so helpful and knowledgable, and was genuinely concerned that we get the car thats we'd be happy with, and not just "pushing a sale". Andrew McInerney is a true "Class Act", and we look forward to seeing him again for our next Toyota purchase. Thanks again, Andrew, your a true gentleman. We will be recommending you and Ancaster Toyota to all our friends and family.

I have always enjoyed dealing with Ancaster Toyota. There service department is excellent. The sales department are made up of very hard working friendly. I have many Toyota dealerships in Hamilton, I choose to go to Ancaster Toyota.

We were advised by Deb Askew that we could turn in the lease on our van early. We weren't sure what type of vehicle we wanted (4 Runner or Highlander) and Deb was very helpful with us. No pressure sales just professional and well informed staff. She was great and we went with the Highlander and we love it. Just like all our other Toyotas.

Jim was Awesome. My only issue has nothing to do with Jim. When my snow tires were installed they put all 4 of my all seasons in the trunk and I was not able to get them out. I had to go to a friend's garage to get him to take them out.

Approachable, respectful, presentable.... A guys guy. I felt comfortable dealing with Jim. He never pushed. He knows his market and his product. The vehicle sold itself, Jim steered me through the process.

Replaced a broken tail light that was still under warranty. Was at the Toyota dealership for about 15 minutes. The guys in the garage were very nice and considerate of my time.
