I was very dissattisfied with Marie Customer Service. She did not give me an opportunity to explain my needs. Also blaimed me for lying and stating I was raising my Voice. Extremely Dissatisfied. First time ever I had a bad experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Jim was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions clearly and consisely. He helped us make our choice of vehicle easy and quickly. When we picked up our new vehicle he spent the time to show us EVERYTHING about it and how to operate everything inside and out. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, We would recommend Jim to our friends.

Andrew helped me find a car after a difficult experience. I lost my last car due to an unfortunate accident. It was only a year old. He listened. He took me on multiple test drives and was patient. He facilitated a refund on the extended warranty which allowed us to purchase the next vehicle. He was the reason why we switched from one dealership to Ancaster Toyota. He negotiated a fair price with the boss. Even now several months later I can email with questions. When we are ready to buy our next Toyota we will be back.
