Great Service

I went into Toyota Ancaster to buy a new vehicle but I didn't know what I wanted to buy just yet. Andrew (the sales rep) was very helpful and informative. He helped me make my purchase flawless and with confidence that I was making the right choice. The entire staff was very friendly and made the environment a positive experience.

Marie was amazing. Top Notch customer service. I've yet to ever be shown step by step how the bells & whistles work in my new vehicle to that degree till I dealt with Marie. She takes the time and follows up. She goes above & beyond and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Very Dissatisfied with the warranty coverage. I only had my vehicle 2 months and had to take it back twice. First time the replaced the key but second time they wanted me to pay $500 to have ignition replaced (actual cost was $1,000 but since I only had the vehicle 32 days they would only charge me half (how nice of them). I will never go back!

I didn't know how to choose my first car, I just knew the characteristics I need. Michelle was very helpful explaining in detail different car models and trying a couple for a test drive. I am very happy with my choice, I love my good looking, gas saver and comfortable corolla.

Twice Ancaster addressed alignment issue, unsuccessfully. My third attempt to have the problem solved, I went to Simcoe Toyota since it was close to home. Simcoe was able to solve it. Not sure what happened there? Completely satisfied with all other service!
