The service department at Ancaster Toyota is exceptionally clean and is the best place to get your car serviced because the advisors are all very nice and professional and treat you well and while you wait for your car you can enjoy a lovely complimentary flavoured coffee, connect to their WI-FI and watch TV in their comfortable waiting room.

My headlight was burned out and I received a ticket, so I needed to get a replacement quickly. I phoned another Toyota dealership and they told me they that it would take 5 days to obtain an appointment. I immediately called Ancaster Toyota and Mark told me to bring the vehicle in that same day. Excellent service! It is way out of my way now that I have moved, but I will continue to make the drive to Ancaster for service on my FJ Cruiser (best car I have ever owned by the way). Ivan White

Ancaster Toyota went out of their way to service us when we had an electrical problem. They have kept our 6 year old Highlander working well and with their help we will keep it for a few more years. Great vehicle and great service. Thanks

Enjoyed the entire shopping experience ,no high pressure salesmen, and my sales agent Lee was very knowledgeable and made my purchase easy, I would definitely recommend Ancaster Toyota to anyone buying a car. I had come into the Toyota dealership just for a test drive and I was so impressed I placed an order the same day.
