Ancaster Toyota WAS our favoured place to make our car purchases. Andrew McInerney (sales) rates 5 stars! He is likely the best salesperson we have encountered in 32 years of our car purchases. We have bought 3 Toyotas with his guidance. Mike Van Nguyen (business manager) has let us down. His sale of FCPP was deemed to us as unprofessional conduct.

We had looked at pruchasing a vehicle a couple of years ago and we really enjoyed roxanna's personality. So much so that we came back to her a year later despite not being from the area. Luke made us feel extremely comfortable and made sure we got what we wanted in the car and more. Ancaster Toyota has a great vibe in their work environment!

The staff at Ancaster did their job. I must say I'm not a proponent for bartering or negotiating, but everyone at Ancaster/ Scion wanted what was best for everyone. I thank them for their time. And -- yes -- I would recommend anyone to go to ANCASTER TOYOTA for their next vehicle purchase.
