Roxanna did a great job of showing us the car we had found online and helping us to determine whether it was the right purchase for us. Overall she was very professional and we never felt any manipulation or pressure to buy. It was a fun experience!

Everyone was very courteous and informative. I didn't need to ask any questions because it was all explained properly to me first. From the minute I walked in until I drove away with my new car, I was treated with respect! They took the time to fully guarantee I understood everything from financing to every option the car had to offer.

Heather as exceptional from start to finish!!!

We had to get a whole break job and oil change done. We have a very busy schedule and 2 young children so our schedule can be crazy. Heather did a great job accommodating this and made everything easy for me. Heather and the Service department is the reason we continue out maintenance on both vehicles at Ancaster Toyota
