I've always been happy with the service at Ancaster Toyota. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with any concerns that you may have. Entered and was greeted immediately by a welcoming person. Took my care right away and made sure they had contact information to call me when it would be ready. Service, oil change, and recall issue were fixed in under 2 hours. Car was clean and returned in the same condition it was left in. Very happy with service and customer interaction.

This was my first encounter personally with the Service Department for my new Corolla, my son had taken the car in for the very first service appointment and he spoke very highly of the service and the fact that he did not have to wait very long, had a nice chat with our Salesperson and the car was returned sparkingly clean after having been washed after the oil change was completed. We had the very same experience, appointment was prompt, everything was explained clearly, we were offered a courtesy ride and pick up to a nearby coffee shop that we wanted to go to. The entire visit was less than an hour and we returned to a sparkling clean car and even offered a gourmet choclate treat. The details of the service was documented well and in a folder ready for our file at home. I would highly recommend Ancaster Toyota's Service Department and will be happy to have all of my service done here. They truly understand Customer Service and I really appreciate the efforts to this end. Thank You.

charged for a free service

We purchased the vehicle with no charge maintenance. When my wife took in the car for the first maintenance and she was charged for it. Most annoying. Sales forgot to input the no charge maintenance. Service said they would get sales to correct this. We were told they would give us a service credit. I told service that I would rather have a refund since I really don't know yet how I will like their service and don't really want to wait 2 years to get my refund of their error. They were very nice, and I understand errors happen. I will keep an open mind on their service. I think they should be refunding the amount period. I also think I should not have to go out of my way to get it. I will be requesting a cheque be mailed.

Parts and service fast service, honest

Parts team is quick at finding part numbers and prices. Unfortunately they couldn't find the part I was looking for (USA only) but took the time to call Toyota directly on my behalf. Service team is thorough and honest. Easy to book appointments.

Oil Change

I recently had just the oil change service. I was able to get an early Saturday morning appointment and the car was ready in 50 minutes. This was just enough time to have a coffee and a cookie and get some work done. The car was cleaned and did not have a spilled oil smell when I drove away. I also enjoy the biscotti that is included with my invoice. Everyone was very nice. Thanks, Dianne Merriam
