For the last 4 years Ancaster Toyota has serviced my 2010 Lexus RX350. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I like the option to either wait or get a drive home and a pick up. I also really like the little touches, such as washing the car before returning it and having coffee/water available in the waiting room.

I received great services from David Martens for my car. My car had two different kind noisy problem. David helped me to fix out of the problem. Amazing! It's gone! I feel comfortable to drive my car now. Thank you for the wonderful services!

dropped off to have an oil change done and a look into a rattle. Turned out to be a bulletin for the rattle so it was a warranty issue. Great! no money from me! the oil change was a competitive price and seems to be done as expected. From the three people i spoke to, they were all bubbly personalities and seemed eager to help. whether it is the policy to hire positive people or it just happens due to the work environment, kudos. enjoyed my toffee pretzel stick as well! a nice treat.

I have had great service, over the years, from other Honda and Toyota dealers but todays' first service on my 2010 Camry SE, which I purchased in December 2013 was above the mark. I mean, it was just a pretty standard Oil & Filter change but Heather went out of the way to make it something special. They found my air filter needed to be changed but Heather felt that the filter had obviously not been changed on my pre-delivery inspection. Citing, we always put new filters in pre-owned cars. So she had a new filter installed gratis to me. Kudos to Heather. It is little things like this that keep customers coming back. The car wash is also always a nice touch. I guess the only complaint I have, is: Why couldn't you have stopped the rain from coming until I got my nice clean car home and in the underground parking? :) Sincerely, Bernie Evans

I am very pleased with the warm welcome by the service advisors and the shuttle service, I will recommend Ancaster Toyota to my associates. My 2011 Venza was in for regular service and a repair to the drivers seat. (looks like new). Thanks again
