Everyone at Ancaster Toyota is nice and very professional. Service department is excellent. Dealing with problems in very fast and professional matter.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this dealership, our experience for both me and my wife has always been positive and great! There has been some turn around with staff since the last 5 years Ive been here but as always the new staff are great and we are always treated like VIP...its always worth the drive to ancaster toyota...to the service deptartment on the front scene and behind the scenes, thanks for being such a great time tream and for all the great service all these years!

Oil change was the only servicing performed and I had a short wait for the work to be done. All personnel were very friendly and courteous.

I have found all the staff to be courteous, respectful and friendly. They explain all the work required along with potential issues which may crop up. They have always provided me with an estimate and always attempt to get in needed parts as soon as practicable. I find the waiting room to be comfortable and I always enjoy the coffee! The woman who drove me home and picked me up was very friendly and personable. Thank you.

I was greeted in a friendly manner and my service order was written promptly. I proceeded to the waiting room where I served myself at the drink machine. A staff member asked if I needed any assistance with the machine which was nice of her to do. Newspapers were provided for reading purposes. No problem with the drink machine, just reading the instructions took a minute or so. My service, a kilometer scheduled service, was completed in less than an hour. My vehicle was given an outside wash and the service done to the vehicle was explained to me, and a thank you gift was presented.

April 23rd 2014 Matrix taken in for oil and filter service and switch winter tires to summer tires. Both sets of tires are on rims, and it was found that one of the summer tires had a screw in the tire. The tire was removed from the rim for repair, and then I was told I needed a new tire because the sidewall is missing some pieces so it will not seal properly. The summer tires had never been off the rims before, therefore either the technician ruined the sidewall when he removed it, or the rubber was faulty. A new tire was ordered and was installed on May 21st. I keep getting the story that parts is dealing with the tire issue for possible compensation, but all communication is via email and takes time. I have spoken with Terry-Anne Wright twice who has noted my concerns on file and forwarded messages to Heather in the service department and one or more of the managers. Rather than cause a scene with the service personel, who I realize are just doing their job I paid the $294.15 for the new tire and installation. I am awaiting some word or decision and I feel an answer should not take this long. The tire was left with the parts personel at the dealership.

From the moment I entered the service area, to the moment I left...customer service was present. Went for a simple seasonal tire change and oil/engine check...waited...they were quick and attentive...even washed the car!

All staff were friendly. Very clean and professional garage. Service rep. took the time to show me where air filter was located and how to check it. This is my first Toyota but will not be my last.

I was warmly greeted upon my arrival despite my tardiness. My concerns were heard, understood and addressed. I was offered a free shuttle service due to the lengthy duration of my servicing, which I greatly appreciated. I received great service from every staff member I encountered. My concerns about larger problems were immediately addressed and filed for a claim to resolve the issue in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a kind demeanor. I am completely satisfied with the service I regularly receive at Toyota Ancaster!
