I have had a wonderful experience at Ancaster Toyota for my Service appt. They were extremely friendly and not pushy in regards to services for my car. I have encountered this at other dealerships which lead me to no longer purchase my vehicles from them. They washed my car and had a lovely treat at the end of my appt. I would highly recommend Ancaster Toyota and their team to my friends and family

Everyone is soooooo pleasant at this location in Ancaster. They make me feel like a valued customer even tho my car is now 2 yrs old !!! The only complaint I can make is I never received a recall notice and when I called to make my oil change appt was advised there was a recall ! I am the original owner - no change of address etc !!! This visit received some goodies that thrilled me ! I also love the chocolate pretzels they have - makes paying your bill more enjoyable LOL The waiting room is pleasant and you don't mind making a coffee and relaxing as you wait !!

The service would have been fine but after the hour wait I was told the dealership was out of air filters for my vehicle. Now I have to make another appointment to bring the vehicle in

I was greeted when I arrived! Once my information was confirmed, I was directed to a lounge like area where I enjoyed a coffee and caught up on text messages. I appreciated receiving a free water bottle & cooler, that my car was also washed and a biscotti treat for the road. The whole process took less than an hour. Thank you!

This time I was in for only an oil and filter change. The service, as always, was courteous and prompt. The time estimate to complete the service was, and has been in the past, quite reasonable. The sitting area is quite comfortable. Overall, I have been quite satisfied with Ancaster Toyota's service.
