Great First Experience

This was my first experience with the service department with my new Toyota Corolla. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the service department was spotless! The work was done quickly and efficiently. A lovely waiting area is provided. Everyone was very attentive. Thanks!

I have to say since getting my Toyota's at Ancaster Toyota, the service has been exemplary. I used to own a BMW and a Mercedes. One was serviced at Budds BMW and I had nothing but headaches and dissappointment with the level of customer service there. It is such a relief to be treated professionally, courteously and with a pleasant demeanor, it really takes away the "headaches" of auto service. I brought my wife's vehicle in for spring maintenance and winter/summer tire switch. I was brought back to my home and picked up . The vehicle service was performed as described. thanks

Love going for service at Ancaster Toyota!! Don't mind waiting in the lounge and enjoying a coffee and checking out the show room!! The staff is always friendly and they do a good job!!

Brian explained everything to me...what the service dept would be doing to my vehicle and the time frame that it would take. I had left work and had to return, so the time was important to me. But when I returned to the workplace, I walked around my vehicle. Good I did, cause two hub caps were not put on the tires properly.
