excellent experience with Marie!

It was a very warm and friendly environment. Marie is a very experience sales representitive, knowing the answers to all of our questions. The service was very efficient while time flexible. Will definitely recommend to friend!

My appointment was for 9am last week for an oil change. I was in the waiting room until 10:05 wondering what was taking so long when I saw the lady drive a white car out she came back into the service and drive out my car. I walked into the service department as she walked back in. I stood at the counter until the rep was free I understand you can be busy but don't forget to come and get me. Thankyou

I had my tires changed and my oil changed and everything was satisfactory. I appreciate their washing my car. Your people were apologetic about the long wait.

Extraordinary Service Experience once again from James @ Ancaster Toyota!

I encountered an occasional warning light coming on upon braking, turning and proceeding down an incline recently in my 2007 Prius. It was best to proceed directly to the Service Dpt. As usual James greeted me warmly by my first name (I am only in for regular service visits! - great memory!) - His manner is always kind, and personable. His knowledge base broad - very reassuring and calm when I came in with this 'problem'. James explained the servicing and related cost(s) with clarity and a keen, professional demeanor. I noticed he works quite well with the other members of the Service Team (very likeable). Also I noted he was friendly. respectful, and helpful to the other customers in the waiting area that Monday. James makes a visit to the Service Dpt. a satisfying experience - I am always thankful James is there to take care of all and direct and advise what's best for my vehicle and my safety! He is an extraordinary asset to this Company! - It is because of his exceptional attention to detail that I continue to go only to Ancaster Toyota for all vehicle service and part(s) purchases. I brought my van in to have a oil change and a rattle fixed in my side door. when I got there they told me the gentlemen that does that work wasn't there. But with a little patience there were able to fix the problem. thank you
