I had a report from my tire store that RF tie-rod was loose. Brought it in to Toyota for assessment. Staff did an excellent report on what the problem was along with a diagram of the problem bushing. Staff called others about potential "after-market" source of parts. No luck. I felt that Mark Kostur did an excellent job of trying to provide me, the customer, with an explanation of what the situation was. The reason that I did not give a five star rating at the beginning of this correspondence was due to the price of a complete tie-rod, in order to correct a "bushing" problem. Toyota's replacement parts system is ridiculous. The last two sentences, however, should not be used as a negative report on the excellent Ancaster Toyota staff. BELOW IT ASKS ME TO AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WHAT ARE THEY? This was my second time to get my car service from Toyota Lancaster I have no problem booked an appointment and showup the staff is very ffriendly I stayed in waiting area was news had coffee and when the car was service the geltelman came and explain everything and answer any questions I had.

I always feel that I'm being treated very respectfully. I am usually quite stressed when I go to the dentist OR to a car dealership for servicing. Your dealership has helped me in this regard. I thank you for that.

The person serving me was obviously busy (trying to handle a few things at the same time). Yet he was extremely polite and warm to me. The service was finished within the expected time frame.

Toyota was able to schedule our service appointment around a previous medical commitment which enabled us to only make one trip to Ancaster/Hamilton. The team was able to complete the required work in the time they had stated. Staff always appear to "upbeat" and pleasant.

The service manager came with a graphic showing what was wrong with the front brakes, what needed to be done, a price quote and an estimation of how long it would be. I said "thank you go ahead." I had come in for an O-L-F, exchange winter tires with regular seasonal tires and do a front end alignment. All this was done with the above while I had a coffee and the car was returned with a complete exterior washing. Thank you.

16000 km. service. Completed on time. Courtesy ride home and back. Service completed on time. Brian assisted me with my i pod hook up and explained the bill in detail.

I had an oil change and maintainance done. Also my rotars on my brakes ,I agreed to have them cleaned up as this would be beneficial for the overall wear on my brakes. At this time I still have sufficent life on my brakes but a cleaning up would ehance the life of my brakes. Plus my service consultant joyfully found a Biscotti for me as I was in the process of purchasing yet another Toyota Matrix. My new one that I hope to get soon will be my third matrix and all of them were purchased at Ancaster Toyota. I am happy to share my positive experience. Gladys Cook
