Regular Servicing, installation of summer tires. replacement of filters. Service rep took time to explain things without rushing, and having a relaxing place to sit while waiting for the service to be completed.

I was attended to promptly with clarification about what was needed that day- service was completed in a reasonable length of time. and Items completed on the service were reviewed prior to billing.

I drop off my car overnight for the next day service. I wrote down a notes to call me before doing the work but they go ahead doing the work without calling me. This is not good and I am not happy with it.

I am sorry for the mis communication. Your noght dropped vehicle was booked in for a summer tire exchange. We performed that service and also performed our standard free inspection. There was no additional work required so a call was not made to you before that was completed. It is our policy not to perform any repairs without your approval. So again, sorry for the mis understanding.

Always happy to deal with the service dept. very helpful, always on time, love the ride home, good coffee. Nice to have the car washed as an added bonus.

Heather gives you confidence that she knows what she is doing and what your needs are. You get the feeling that you are receiving personal service. The only negative experience that I have had is a couple of problems that could not be fixed. She told me up front that she did not know what the cause of the problems were and did not take me down the garden path of repeated attempts to fix the problem while at the same time not knowing what the problem is.
