Great friendly & efficient service

From the moment the service door opened the service was friendly, helpful and quickly handled. It was only a tire change but I was still made to feel like my business mattered. I even received a phone call to explain why I had an extra set of wheel covers for my summer tires on my new car. Well done!

Very pleasant and accommodating experience. Helpful advice and courteous transportation home while vehicle was being serviced..... I had neglectfully left the tailgate open on the van and when I tried to start the car in the morning, the battery was flat. I had managed to put a short charge on the battery and when I asked my service man about it, he could have suggested a new battery, but instead, told me to put an overnight charge on and it should be ok. That was the case. I will continue to have my car serviced here in the future... Many Thanks

I brought in my 2013 Prius V for its 18 month tune-up and to have the snow tires removed and replaced with the regular tires. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. and the courtesy shuttle had me back at my home in Dundas by 9:00, so I didn't lose very much of the day. I requested a return pick-up at 12 noon; the driver called 5 minutes before that to advise her on-time pick-up. My vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived back at Toyota and it only took a couple of minutes to clear up the paperwork before I was able to leave. I very much appreciate being able to have my vehicle serviced in a way that avoids me having to spend a lot of time waiting around.

Long wait ( 1.5 hrs. ) and incomplete job

I waited 1.5 hours for oil change and swapping snow tires on rims. When I got home, I stacked the bagged tires in the garage corner as always. I then noticed that the plastic centre axle cover was not on the summer tires so I unstacked the tires, tore open the bags, popped out the covers and snapped them on. Admittedly a small oversight but it was a lot of lifting for an old guy. The price of approximately $79 was fair enough I guess. I previously wondered why a follow-up call was made for a non-repair like this. Now I know!

My experience at Ancaster Toyota was positive. Mark very clearly explained what needed but I must admit that I will look elsewhere for another estimate since I was disappointed in the cost that was quoted to me.

freindly and efficient

James was very freindly, he explained the service required, what it entailed and the time required. He asked if I wanted a coffee and if I required a ride home. He took me to the van and introduced me to the driver.
