My car has been serviced by Toyota since 2008. Staff have always been super. They take the time to go over everything with me and if I have any questions, they are always answered to my satisfaction. And I love the biscotti's....keep doing that, delicious. It's the little things they do that made me decide not to go anywhere else for service. I had my first car accident in 2013 (been driving for 50 years!!) and all personnel at Toyota could not have been nicer in helping me purchase my new 2014 Corolla and not making it a more stressful event. Love the fact that when I take my car in for service, they always wash it for me!! !! I even enjoy waiting in the show room, having coffee and having time to just sit and relax. Keep up the good work...I'm always recommending Toyota to all my friends.

Standard maintenance for a 64K vehicle. Everything explained in detail in advance. Got a call during day advising of one additional service - pricing and details explained perfectly. No complaints at all.

Service was great, as usual. Brian mentioned my rear wiper needed replacing and it was replaced quickly and was reasonably priced. He also showed me some minor damage on a tire and hub cap that was scraped, so that I was aware in case it needed replacing.

The service team at Ancaster Toyota is excellent! The work is done on time and my Toyota runs like a charm. I especially like getting the vehicle washed anytime it's serviced. My service advisor is great to deal with and is very well informed on the product. I think I'm becomming a Toyota fan.
