Camry was in for basic oil change and maintenance and all went well. However Ken had asked to check the brakes. Before any work was done Mark had called and explained the fee schedule for the looking and fee if work needs to be done the inspection fee would be waived and there would only be the single fee schedule for the cleaning of rotars and replacement (if needed) of pads on the rear. We were aware of all activities being performed on the car.

It's great to have continuity of service from someone who provides great service! Mark is a great listener and whenever I bring my Prius in for service, I feel confident that he's listened to what's needed and fully communicates that with the person who is doing the work. It's a great relief to know that this is something that I don't need to worry about - I can bring my car in for service and be confident that everything is being handled with integrity and an intention to do great work.

I was in for regularly scheduled maintenance. I was informed what was required to be done. Everything was reviewed with me upon completion of service.

I needed an oil change. I called Heather at the last minute to request this service. She accommodated me on the same day. I was a very happy customer because the rest of my week was loaded, and the oil change, which was already overdo, would have had to wait until next week. The service, as always, was friendly, and professional. I would recommend Ancaster Toyota Service Department to anyone. In fact my daughter and my best friend now take their vehicles to Heather.

I brought my car in for a regular check-up - grease and oil and had a noise checked which turned out to be a broken spring - so had to have both springs replaced. The drivers who drove us home and then picked us up were very courteous and pleasant people.

I find the staff at Ancaster Toyota to be consistently respectful, friendly and professional. On a few occasions I have had to bring the vehicle in for an emergency repair with no appointment. The service department has always found time to check the car and make necessary repairs within a short time frame. The service department is the #1 reason I purchased my last vehicle from Ancaster Toyota.
