It was great to deal with someone who knew the product inside out, no snow job, just correct facts and cost factors.

Roxanna was introduced to me by my neighbor Ron French whose brother bought a Coralla from Roxanna and was well pleased with the purchase and exerience, therefore, I contaced her and purchased my 2014 Toyota SE V6. She was most informed as to the product and had the car sourced from another Dealer and it arrivewd with 8 klm on it. I would purchase another vehicle from her due to her knowledge and honesty.

Shopping for, and eventually buying, a car from Andrew and the Ancaster Toyota team was a totally different experience than I had come across at any other dealership. The time and effort they put into answering my questions and keeping me informed was very impressive and appreciated. Andrew made himself available in-person, via phone and also email over the days that I considered my decision. When I started the process, I had several models in mind and Andrew helped me narrow down my choices by taking me on test drives and talking to me at length about each car's features and benefits. When it came time to focus on making a deal on the Prius C, Andrew was also very accommodating to my requests for certain extras that I insisted on. In the end, I got the car I wanted the way I wanted it. After having driven it for a couple of months, I can honestly say that I have no regrets about the decisions I made and the fantastic car that I ended up with. I look forward to dealing with Andrew and the Ancaster Toyota team throughout the life of this car.

Roxana and Mike did a good job for me. No pressure and very pleasant informed people to deal with. I enjoy the vehicle and will try your service department soon. Hopefully they will be as professional and courteous as the sales and business people were.
