Very experienced sales guy. Understood what I needed in a truck, and explained all the features. No pressure sales, takes it for a test drive, see you when you return. Very good service staff as well. Truck needed service, done in a timely fashion. This a great dealership. I will buy there in the future.

I've bought Toyota Rav 4, 2015 from Ancaster Toyota. I've got a quick and good service. At 5,000 km I booked the oil change service at the same location. They serviced not only the oil change but also adjusted break and all over. Thanks for your good service

When I purchased the vehicle they were friendly and nice. However after it was a done deal and I had an issue with the Bluetooth I was told to "look it up on youtube" rather than the technicians fix it.
