This is our second Toyota and our first at Ancaster Toyota. We received great service and are delighted with our vehicle choice. We did not enjoy the first Toyota dealer and decided to work with the Ancaster one: we were rewarded with Simon who as a representative embodies the best that Toyota has to give: friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We will schedule a service visit soon and follow up with him. All the best and keep up the good work!!

This is the best service dept I've ever experienced. And I've owned a lot of vehicles in my 55 years on the planet. Very polite and respectful, knowledgeable staff. Great intake area and waiting room. Not pressured when I wander around to look at new models. The only reason I go to other dealerships is because Ancaster is booked up. Call me anytime. Devon was very respectful and kept me informed all the time. He did his job, but not to pushy. I left another dealership because of to strong sales tactics, but he didn't know about it. He did even small extra things I wasn't excepting. Overall very happy with service and with my Camry too, highly recommend both choices.
