Nice new facility - old school car sales

Nice clean facility with friendly employees. Ancaster Toyota is a Leggat dealership using old school sales tactics. Little to no flexabilty in pricing. Took over half a day to purchase a vehicle I had built online using the Totata.ca website. Paid full MSRP. Waited over 3 months for the back ordered accessories. When parts arrived Leggat would not offer shuttle service to install the accessories because my house was just outside the city limit.

Exceptional Service

I drove in for regular service in the morning around 8:15am, the service was done within half an hour. My car was washed, shining and looked brand new again. The service manager was very friendly, polite and professional. I recommend Ancaster Toyota.

Highlander purchase at Ancaster Toyota

We recently purchased a 2016 Highlander at Ancaster Toyota. Andrew McInerney was our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient never pushy as we were slow to make the final decision. I've called about silly things like not remembering that the window of the hatch opens separately and someone pressed that button accidentally and the "hatch open light" would not turn off and even then he was still helpful and knew instantly what was going on. Our experience this far at Ancaster Toyota has been amazing!

What I expected

Everything went smoothly. I did better sellimg my car privately (3500 as is, I was offered 1300) I felt tension at that point I wasn't ready for. However, Marie did an excellent job addressing my needs. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciated what she did.

My experience was great. Sales person Roxanna Tenz was amazing. She explained everything and helped for the transaction to go smoothly. I had to get my car the same day. It was difficult but she helped to organize this. The rest of the teem was great too. All in all I would recommend your place. Alex
