I arrived early without an appointment the day after Labour Day, needing 2 new front tires , and was treated,as always with your courteous staff.

Every person I dealt with, from the shuttle driver, to the service people, were courteous, friendly, and helpful. That's why I always come back to Ancaster Toyota!

Last experience not positive. Service Manager does not address issue we bring to his attention. Try to oversell service items each time I go in.

I asked to have the item looked at and to call when they found problem. They did and it was found early so it kept the cost of the repair down.
