My overall experience was “good enough”. Nothing really stood out to me as being exceptional. The salesman knew I was coming up from Kelowna and knew that I was only interested in one vehicle. The salesman was not well-versed in syncing my phone to the vehicle and showing me how to do it myself or how to use the features. The vehicle had several other devices saved on it and he sat there manually removing each one, which was kind, but should have been done before. None of the driver assist features were explained to me, I just figured them out while I drove back on my own. When I got home, the next day I folded down the seats and found crumbs still in them. Overall there was no room for negotiation on my side, despite me being told that the vehicle had sat on your lot for almost enough time for you guys to shuffle it around and get rid of it. Also it was disclosed that the vehicle had been in a couple of minor accidents and that Honda would fix the “blemishes”. When I looked at it, it looked like someone had just gone over it with the same colour paint. There was no actual body work done on it, despite being led to believe that it was going to be going through auto body repair. The mirror was cracked, which I was not told until I was on site, despite the many emails, texts and calls prior. I was short on time, and I feel that ended up in your favour, and very little was done to make me feel like a valued customer, other than a full tank of gas.
