Repair after the accident

A few points i made before, but noone is listening. I asked to get a report before the water leak repair to be sent to caa insurance. That didnt happen. You went ahead and repaired. Now the insurance doesnt pay me the cost of repair. On another incident the manager from upper james, a woman, was very arrogant with me when i asked some questions. If she doesnt know how to talk to people she shoud go and train. I know noone care at acura, otherwise the issue would have been resolved. But thats ok. You didnt provide me with professional and outstanding service like you say you do. And now its my turn: i will never buy an acura in the future; i will talk to all my friends, relatives and other people about my experience and urge them not to buy acura. I got grilled and if you think thats ok, well then think about it: if at least one person will not buy this car, you loose more than it would have cost you to provide me with decent service. In the end you loose more. If that makes sense for your business, then continue like this.
