The used car sales manager Darrin, so incredibly rude, willing to talk back and yell at customers if he wants to. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Even though the salesperson may be nice, I would highly recommend you skip this dealership cause in the end of you have to deal with this guy, best of luck. There are plenty of other dealerships you can spend your money on and feel more respected than a place like this.

It was a great experience buying our jeep at South Trail Chrysler, we did a test drive last year and Shawn Turner was really helpful answering all questions we had at that time, even knowing that we wouldn't make any decision until this year. Most sales ppl won't put much effort if the client is just planning and researching. When we went for the second time, he made everything to find the best option for us and we are very happy with our car!

South Trail was amazing to deal with, very friendly staff, helpful, and help me get the truck I have had my eyes on for the past 6 months. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure every was right, showed me features on the truck I had no idea about, that will make driving my truck that much more enjoyable. Highly recommended Hailey and also the sales manager Mark.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys nice car too and the Rep was ok, but when they don't tell you that their is a10% cash back from Chrysler and they don't honor it, then that's not good for business you can only guess where the 10% went!

Hello Al, I obviously cannot discuss your personal situation, but Grand Cherokee's have two options as far as discounts go from the manufacturer. Yes, you are right, there is an option for 10% off MSRP at 3.99% interest or whatever the rate is that particular month. The other option, that often works out better and most of our customers take advantage of, is to instead get financing as low as 0% rather than the discount. Again, I do not know the details of your financing, but I would bet that you opted for the alternative finance option and lowered the interest rate rather than the 10% off. I would ask you maybe look at the details of your purchase and edit your review as necessary. Thank you.
