Truck went in for an insurance inspection. They were through and did a great job on the inspection and painted a great picture as to what’s required to get it 100%. The issue comes in with discrepancies in the paperwork vs the inspection. The readings don’t match the points described on the legend. Additionally the truck was returned the the parking break stuck latched on. (Was not like that upon drop off). This was indicated by the break cable hanging low and a lovely burning smell upon arriving home. 👏. In my opinion the vehicle should have been returned in the same state as it arrived not in a worse state.

Great experience super friendly from the service sales team. But only concern was the second visit for service my dash camera was unplugged.

Review of oil change

Don’t really appreciate when you don’t want to over pay for a fuel filter change where the labour cost more than the part and then the staff seem really short with you after you decline!! At the end of the day it’s your choice if you want to get it done there or not!! Also it would be nice if they would place a sticker telling you when your next oil change was!!

Much appreciated that everything was done in a day. Just a little sad they don’t do car washes after service anymore, they used to do that ever since i got my first service but all in all everythings awesome

I was booked by appointment today at 09:00am for a leak from Oil Filter adaptor, which needed replacement. I arrived at the service centre at 08:00am, my vehicle was returned at 12:25pm. I don’t think that the work to be done would have taken this much time, after booking an appointment.

Great service from the sales team with a new vehicle and trade ins. Very good trade in offer on my vehicles. Finance department was swift and easy to deal with. Very friendly staff in all departments that I dealt with. I would recommend South Trail Dodge.

Finally a trustworthy Service department. Every time i go in for an oil change Treavor will list the issues with the Jeep. he categorizes everything: things that really need to be done(strongly recommended not pushy at all). things that are scheduled based on KM's and items to just pay attention to. He has been fair and fantastic every time. i will always be taking my service here. Highly recommend this place for service.
