My most recent service with South Trail went very well. I didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle but service advisor (Trevor) was very knowledgeable and quickly informed me on my options. Then everything was fixed in the same day. Great job. Thanks so much Trevor. What a great experience.

Extremely pleasant staff. I went in for service with a fuel gauge issue and I have zero negative concerns to report. The ruck went in and the mechanics did a thorough troubleshooting session to locate the fault and promptly performed the necessary repairs. Hats off to South Trail Chrysler…. Awesomeness in Calgary.

My girlfriend and I came in looking for a vehicle for myself. She had some experience with the dealership from getting her jeep a few years back. Mark Kasparian was very helpful and made sure to look for a car in our budget and I wasn’t going to stretch myself to thin for pricing. He found a car for me and I absolutely love it. Will for sure recommend him to anyone We know.

Truck went in for an insurance inspection. They were through and did a great job on the inspection and painted a great picture as to what’s required to get it 100%. The issue comes in with discrepancies in the paperwork vs the inspection. The readings don’t match the points described on the legend. Additionally the truck was returned the the parking break stuck latched on. (Was not like that upon drop off). This was indicated by the break cable hanging low and a lovely burning smell upon arriving home. 👏. In my opinion the vehicle should have been returned in the same state as it arrived not in a worse state.

Great experience super friendly from the service sales team. But only concern was the second visit for service my dash camera was unplugged.
