They always seem behind in the service for simple things. But at least they are upfront about what they have going on with wait times and trying to keep you informed. Wish they had more options for loaner cars for the day or something.

Best service ever. Friendly professional service personnel and shuttle driver. Very happy that my concern was covered under warranty. Impressed to find seat had protective plastic cover installed and steering wheel cover along with paper floor mat. Very impressed.
