Installation of snow tires

A positive experience. The paperwork was ready at the appointment time. I was provided with an approximate time for completion and given a ride home. When I returned, the car was ready.

David McArthur was friendly, and took the time to hear my request, take a test drive and answered all my questions. He introduced me to the sales manager who was also kind and careful in the explanation of the sales items and warranty options. The dealership had a comfortable welcoming vibe which was a refreshing experience after years at another dealership. This was my first Toyota purchase.
