Tim was respectful of our infirmities and helpful in every regard. His instructions were clear and well delivered. His advice was thoughtful and wise. he went out of his way to make the experience a very pleasant one, and delivered the car in the time agreed upon.

After Driving a Camry for 16 years with no problems Collingwood Toyota was my first choice. Shane was the perfect no pressure salesman, who took time to explain all the features on my car on delivery. The follow up calls by Shane & letters from the Sales Manager were a nice touch. There's a good reason why Toyota is # 1 in customer satisfaction.

A positive experience. The paperwork was ready at the appointment time. I was provided with an approximate time for completion and given a ride home. When I returned, the car was ready.
