I just bought a used car from St. Albert Dodge, it was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I had a wonderful experience with salesmen Mark and Chad. They provided great service, are genuinely nice people and I’m happy I chose this dealership for my first time financing.

John Fraser was a wonderful from St Albert dodge. He helped us find the vehicles we wanted and was attentive to our needs through the whole process. * UPDATE * I had posted a review for St.Albert Dodge service prior to today which is posted below but I finally got to experience their sales team ! Consider me lucky but I had two amazing sales men helping me over the past while. I had help from both Chad and Mark. Chad discussed options regarding trading in out Jeep to upgrade to something bigger since our family needs changed ! We narrowed it down to one truck and we went in the dealership ( unannounced ) And Chad was not in due to being with his great family ! Mark ended up helping us take out the truck , discuss finance options and working a great deal out for us with our best interests in mind. It was a beautiful symphony. As with any vehicle purchase at a dealership if you expect to get the vehicle same day then you will probably be waiting 3-5 hours. Honestly my prior purchase experience ( from another dealer ) was awful but St.Albert Dodge made it phenomenal. We felt welcomed and accommodated and taken care of. I will be referring lots of people to BOTH Chad and Mark ! They both hooked us up with some merch and Chad helped me get something after hours that was very valuable to my wife from our Jeep we traded in which was an absolute godsend since you know .. Happy Wife Happy life ! Thank you guys for all you done to help. You are wonderful ! Came here for service because the dealership me and my wife bought our new Jeep Rubicon 2021 from is on the south side. Staff is extremely friendly , Efficient , kind and actually tries to help. The Tech ( I didn’t catch his name ) Asked for as much detail to narrow down the problem with our vehicle and was extremely great. A member of staff gave our baby a hot wheels aswell and mentioned they keep lots for children who come to the dealership. The play room was neat , clean and engaging for our child. Most awesome dealership overall I ever been to. I will be looking to buy a Charger Scatpack during the next year and this is definitely where I will be going. Everything was awesome and I’d recommend them to anyone !

From an oil change, spur of the moment flat tire to recalls they always provide excellent service with minimal inconvenience. Thank you to all your staff for the 5 star experience!
