Thank you AGAIN to st albert dodge for taking such good care of us. Thank you to John Fraser and Evan in finance for going above and beyond to help us with our new Vehicle. We just bought our 10th vehicle from st albert dodge, and we won't go anywhere else because they treat their customers so well. Thank you again.

St albert dodge has sold us all of our vehicles since around 2012. Every time we have been there we were always treated amazing. This time around we came to them with a complicated situation, but they were on it, and even let us test drive a vehicle for a week while everything was sorted out. (our vehicle was written off from a Collision). John and Evan as well as Daylan all went above and beyond, they tolerated my constant texts and phone calls while I tried to figure things out on our end. I can't say I would go to any other dealership after all of our dealings there, we live west of edmonton but St Albert Dodge continues to go significantly above and beyond, and this time they made a very stressful situation a lot easier for me and my family. I will forever be grateful to everyone there, especially John and Evan and Daylan

I don't live near this dealership, and I actually drive by Capital Dodge, and Crosstown Dodge to go to St Albert Dodge, and its worth the extra effort. Excellent service, excellent service staff, took care of everything I needed, provided a shuttle car back to and from work, no hassle, no pressure, excellent work. What more can you ask for

Mr. John Fraser, I swear this man will move heaven and earth for people! John was a true superhero for me as I had to move across the country the following week, and my piece of **** eco diesel had yet another issue. I told him my needs and wants that I'm looking for in a truck and he hit every single point that I stated and even introduced me to other people with similar truck interest so I could first had reviews. When I say John Fraser goes above and beyond for his clients, he truly does. John showed me at least 6 trucks that had everything I asked for but I didn't fall in love with and John stayed far later then then anyone else to help insure that my truck was ready to go. John worked tieresly to ensure I was going to be in a truck that would A. Be able to last many years to come. And B. A truck that can tow my trailers, boat, quads with ease! Big thank you to John and the team at St. Albert Dodge for their amazing work and their true professionalism in helping take a lot of stress off my shoulders in the days before my move!
