I had an amazing experience at Palladino Mazda. Brought my 2010 mazda 3 in for service. Had over 200000 km and it was getting tired. The service i recievied was second to none. The staff was very friendly. I dealt with Kennedy and she was the best. Probbaly the reason i left feeling so strong about Palladino Mazda. Great job Kennedy My car drives and feels new š. I am a second time mazda owner and will continue to be. I cant stip telling friends family and coworkers about my 100 satisfaction. Mazda Corporate and the local dealer were both fantastic. The crew in the service department are amazing! They are super friendly and helpful and also there to answer my questions. Mazda Palladino advocated on my behalf and were able to resolve my problem completely and stress free. They were also great in helping to make sure I was fully satisfied and the customer service can't be beat. I love my Mazda CX-5! I have, and will continue, to share my positive experience with my vehicle which is enhanced by the services received at Palladino Mazda. I highly recommend Mazda vehicles because not only are they fun to drive they also look great!!!!
