We went to st. Albert Dodge with an exact vehicle we wanted. I was connected with Nick over the phone as we are from out of town. He worked to find us what we were looking for and less than 24 hours later had one located. He stayed in communication and updated us on his findings. We drove the 5 hours the following morning and met Nick in person. He was honest and thorough with everything. Once we settled on a vehicle we dealt directly with Daylon the sales manager. He was honest with us about pricing and never tried to sneak in any hidden costs. All numbers added up and every charge was communicated and explained. We received full transparency from both Nick and Daylon with everything related to our purchase and our vehicle was delivered to us directly. We value honesty and transparency when making such a large purchase and we received both of these qualities at St. Albert Dodge! Another perk - although we didn’t have our kids with us at the time is the kids corner! Adding that into the design of the dealership was well thought out! Thank you!

St. Albert Dodge has always been absolutely great to deal with. I first became a customer years ago with Shannon Stuht and was extremely happy with the car buying process. There was no messing around, everything was made clear and came to a great deal. Not only would I buy again from Shannon, but he's become a great friend over the years. 10/10 - need more stars on reviews.

This stealership took advantage of my mother, not once, not twice, but three times! She is now hugely upside down on her loan and has nothing but a basic jeep to show for it. They should not allow rolling of loans, especially people that are low income, and have low financial literacy.

We recently purchased an SUV through Nick M. There is not much that brings me more stress than car shopping, but Nick was amazing and understanding of our needs. Sorry to hear you’re not happy with us. We do everything possible when we sell a vehicle to make sure it’s in good working order – including having our customers sign off on a completed vehicle mechanical safety inspection which includes tire and brake specifications at the time of sale. We also try to help out as much as possible with hopes to earn a lifetime customer, but the first we’ve heard of your issue is with your 2-star review.
