Just left with my jeep after having an oil change done here for the first time & couldn’t be happier with how everything went! From start to finish was an *extremely* smooth process. The best I’ve experienced at any dealership to be quite honest! When I had initially called to book an appointment, the receptionist I spoke with very friendly & accommodating to my needs. Trevor in the service department was also incredibly pleasant & made my entire appointment such a breeze! I’ll 110% be coming here for all future appointments. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my jeep! 🚙🚙🚙

Worst dealership ever to deal with . You are talking about you paid me . You paid me after hundreds of calls and which were not even picked up . Then I have to come to your dealership after 50 minutes of drive to pick a 100$ check . You didn’t provide me the lock nuts when you sell me the car and ITS YOUR MISTAKE

We offered to help and then reimbursed you in full for a new set of wheel locks. It was after that when you posted your one-star review. Not sure we deserve this one, Alan

I needed a dipstick with a broken handle removed from my engine. I wanted to come in and wait since the job takes less than an hour. I was told I would have to leave my car fir half a day. That it was their policy and they would not budge. Wow.

Sorry to hear we couldn’t accommodate your repair for you faster. It’s not our policy to make customers wait unnecessarily, that wouldn’t be very good service from our end. The issue wasn’t with the speed of the repair for your specific job, but more with the volume of repairs that we had already booked for Monday after the weekend. We were having a really busy day here and didn’t want to disappoint you by promising a 30 minute fix while you waited for your vehicle much longer. Apologize for the confusion, Alan

Bought my first brand new truck from here, and the experience they gave me was amazing! Everyone here was friendly & very helpful, and Nick Marando is the best salesman you could ever ask for, not pushy at all, and gave me all sorts of hats & mugs! Go find him if you ever plan on purchasing a vehicle. Would also like to thank Evan in finance, he made the process very smooth and was able to answer any questions I had. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dealership!

Well like any dealership it was a simple request to check a recall issue that turned into a 5000$ quote. The only reason I dont give it 1 star is because the staff. They did do their best to help me out , and we're very friendly and understanding when I explained that I had to take it elsewhere for the repairs . If I HAD to go to a dealership for dodge in Alberta I would probably choose this one !!!

This dealership is the most amazing place I've ever been too, so friendly, and my salesman Nick Mirando he is the best salesmen I've ever had, met all my needs, wasn't pushy, whatever I asked for he made sure was done, even gave us some hats and mugs without even asking❤️, if your in need of a vehicle I would totally recommend going here, and find Nick Mirando, he is nothing short of amazing, also big shout out to Jason in finance, he was also great, answered all of our questions, and explained everything clearly. ⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated My husband had a 9:30 AM appointment at this Dodge dealership for a simple oil change. It’s now 1:45 PM, and they’ve just told him it’ll be another hour. That’s over 6 hours of waiting — with our three-year-old son in tow — for something that should have taken 20 to 30 minutes. To make matters worse, they tried to upsell him on a $1,000 job, saying they’d “give it to him” for $900. Thankfully, he got a second opinion from Jiffy Lube, who quoted $350 for the exact same work. That’s not just a small markup — that’s more than double the cost and feels like a clear attempt to take advantage of a customer who trusted them. We were supposed to leave for a camping trip today, but I’ve had to do all the packing alone because he’s been stuck at Dodge all day. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. To the management and decision-makers at Dodge: This is not OK. Customers deserve transparency, fair pricing, and respect for their time — especially when they come in with an appointment. Please take a hard look at how your service department is operating, because this level of service reflects very poorly on your brand. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on — and we’ll be encouraging others to do the same.

There is no excuse for such a long wait as you described. The circumstances around the wait could’ve entirely been covered off with much better communication on our end and I would like to apologize for how things went. Regarding your comments on pricing, after looking into it I think there are some details missing. We took your comments to heart and were surprised to hear about the price difference – frankly, it didn’t seem to add up. We investigated your price quote and found it to be misquoted by our competitor with the wrong non-Mopar fluid type. In addition, aftermarket parts can sometimes be less expensive than factory made parts by the OEM – which is often a choice we offer when quoting. So yes, our price would’ve come in a bit higher with factory OEM parts and work being done by a certified Chrysler technician vs a lube shop with a non-certified/non journeyman employee. But no, we were not totally out to lunch on the number we quoted you. Again – had we done a better job explaining that to you while here, I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t have sent in a couple of 1-star reviews. We will learn from your comments and make some improvements. 1 star for the service department, brought my truck in for a 9:30 oil change appointment I made over a week ago, it’s now been over 4 hours and we are still here! We were supposed to leave for camping an hour ago but nope, 4 hours for something jiffy lube could do in 25 minutes. On another note I need to get my front and rear differential fluids changed along with my transfer case fluid….. they quoted me 1000$ to do it, called jiffy lube and they told me they could do it for 300$ 700$ mark up for the exact same service… EMBARRASSING UPDATE: instead of getting an apology from the manager for clearly overbooking as when I showed up this morning I couldn’t even pull into one of there 3 service bays that hold 9 cars total they blame it on the service advisor???
