I’d like to take the opportunity to Thank Shane Hughes for assisting me with the purchase of my absolute dream of a lifetime vehicle…1980 Mercedes Benz 450SL🤩 When I contacted the dealership I was given Shane as my exceptional car sales man…Shane provided all the information I requested about the vehicle on demand communicating with Shane was an absolute pleasure…Right down to my last request today..June 29 2025!! I look forward to receiving my DREAM CAR that will be delivered to me in Calgary at no extra charge! Shane, my salesman was awesome. Sales manager super nice. Staff were friendly. It made the experience less stressful. I Never felt pressured to purchase, was another reason I decided to buy here. So far 100% satisfied.

Absolutely amazing service, if you're looking for a family feel, welcoming, wonderful experience don't bother stopping anywhere but here. Shannon was simply wonderful with getting me exactly what I want and need, and all within the budget I was working with, and Evan truly goes above and beyond, he is outstanding. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning for any future purchases.

Avoid, sold me a used car with 6k in damage that was not disclosed to me. Passed the inspection by deleting the code off the system. Devon was a good guy but the rest of them are slimy, like every other dealership. These Guys didn’t think I’d take the car to another shop to get inspected. Don’t trust them. They’re liars and have terrible mechanics with terrible communication.

I had a great experience buying a RAM 3500. I had done some shopping around both on autotrader and on websites. I found a few I liked and did some tire kicking. I finally got around to visiting St Albert Dodge this week. I had four vehicles in mind. I knew when I saw this one that I had found my new truck. Dean Panas and the manager TJ Fiddler constructed to deal. Both were over the top personable. I have been back a few times and Dean always comes running out to greet me. Just left with my jeep after having an oil change done here for the first time & couldn’t be happier with how everything went! From start to finish was an *extremely* smooth process. The best I’ve experienced at any dealership to be quite honest! When I had initially called to book an appointment, the receptionist I spoke with very friendly & accommodating to my needs. Trevor in the service department was also incredibly pleasant & made my entire appointment such a breeze! I’ll 110% be coming here for all future appointments. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my jeep! 🚙🚙🚙

Worst dealership ever to deal with . You are talking about you paid me . You paid me after hundreds of calls and which were not even picked up . Then I have to come to your dealership after 50 minutes of drive to pick a 100$ check . You didn’t provide me the lock nuts when you sell me the car and ITS YOUR MISTAKE
